                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 7411
                   ZIEGLER ROAD, BEING ON THE NORTHEAST LINE OF
                   ZIEGLER ROAD SOUTHEAST OF GUNBARREL ROAD FROM
                   R-1 RESIDENTIAL ZONE TO O-1 OFFICE ZONE,
                   SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
               
                A tract of land located at 7411 Ziegler Road being
                on the northeast line of Ziegler Road southeast of
                Gunbarrel Road.  Part of Tract 2, Resubdivision of
                Pinewood Acres, as shown by plat of record in plat
                book 15, page 70, ROHC; being the property
                described in deed book 4058, page 868, ROHC.  Tax
                Map No. 159H-B-18.
               
               
         from R-1 Residential Zone to O-1 Office Zone.
        
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning 

         shall be subject to the following conditions:

              1.   Dedication of right-of-way, as determined by the City 

                   Engineer;
        
              2.   Maintaining a landscaped screen along the east side 
of
                   the property;
        
              3.   Growth Corridor Design Standards; and  
        
              4.   All existing easements are retained.
        
        
              	   SECTION 3.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         provided by law.
